Raised with strong Midwestern values, Dave understands the importance of faith, family, and personal responsibility. Before entering public service, he built his career in the private sector, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges facing small businesses, workers, and taxpayers across Illinois.

Dave has proudly served the people of northern Illinois in the State Senate, where he has been a consistent voice for fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, and accountable government. He has worked to protect taxpayers from wasteful spending, support law enforcement, and promote policies that strengthen local economies and create opportunity.

Throughout his time in office, Dave has remained focused on the issues that matter most: keeping communities safe, improving infrastructure, supporting job growth, and ensuring that government works for the people, not against them.
